We bill for BRAINS and BANDWIDTH -- not BRAND MARKETING
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, USA: UniMatrix President, Eriks Goodwin-Pfister, announced today that UniMatrix will be commissioning a new data center that is scheduled to go on-line in Q4 of this year. The new data center will provide increased capacity, reliability and scalability for UniMatrix clients. Once the new data center goes online, UniMatrix will decommission its Tampa operations permanently. Currently, locations in Atlanta, Georgia and Washington, D.C. are being considered.
"Our clients expect the highest level of service possible--and we will be in a better position to exceed client expectations in a new East Coast data center. I'm very excited by this move by our company," says Goodwin-Pfister. "The frequency of atttempted hacker attacks on our Tampa data center and the inability of our ISP to meet our standards for prompt handling of cyber-emergencies factored greatly into our decisions. This move will help ensure that UniMatrix's sterling reputation for reliability is maintained."
Due to the repeated recent cyber-emergencies in Tampa, UniMatrix will be moving its primary shared hosting services to its existing Seattle, Washington data center. Clients and users will see little to no interruption of services durring the 6 hour move window and will not need to make any changes to their own settings.
