UniMatrix xSP offers server co-location services in Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.A. This data center features:

• Diverse Facility Access Protocols: UniMatrix offers diverse paths provided by Verizon, Level 3 and Above Net
• Upstream Transit: We purchase transit from SPRINT, Cogent, Level 3 and XO
• Reliable Power with Power Backup: 500 KW Onan electrical generator and a 100 KVA Liebert UPS
• Fire Detection & Suppression: Simplex / Grinnell, as well as an FM200 Clean System and Pre-Action wet system
• Cooling System: Three 20-Ton Liebert AC Systems
• On-site security: Building lobby guard staff 24x7, there are video cameras provided by the building owner
• Co-Lo Center Access: Access to our specific space is controlled by encrypted access cards which are provided and monitored by our corporate facilities group on a case-by-case basis to clients who rent at least 1/4 rack of space.  For clients with less than a 1/4 space, escorted access is permitted when scheduled in advance.  Emergency access can be provided as well.
• On-Site Technicians: Upon request, UniMatrix can provide technical assistance in the form of one of our professional technicians or engineers when it is not feasible or not desired for the client to go on site personally.  Generally, this service is provided at a rate of $60/hour with a 1 hour minimum and pro rated by quarter hours after the first hour.
• Client Owned Surveilance: If you would like to install a video camera to monitor your area within the Co-Lo, we would have no objection.
• Firewalls and Network Security: Internet access provided to UniMatrix co-location clients is uncontrolled.  By default, no firewall is provided--though firewalls are available as an option for an additional cost.  Clients are expected to provide their own firewalls to prevent intrusions and other damaging events.
• Static IP Ranges: By default, UniMatrix provides a /29 subnet to each co-location client, which gives 5 usable static IP addresses.  Additional static IPs *are* availabvle, provided that the client can provide ARIN-accepted justification.  Please see our Static IP Allocation Policy for more information.

We offer space at the following rates:

IP-KVM and IP-Power Access are included with all co-location space--which gives our clients the ability to power cycle their own equipment remotely and the ability to use the remote KVM access to control their equipment "from the console".

To start, we just need the setup fee and first two months prepaid. After that, there are NO term commitments! You are only responsible for the costs of any month in which you have space (we do not pro-rate for partial months).

We can provide an on-site field technician to be your "remote eyes and hands" at a flat rate of $60 per hour (1 hour minimum).
